Mares & Homebred Fillies
Our mares have good temperaments and an intelligent, hardy disposition, traits we hope they pass onto their offspring to maintain a good Shetland type.
We don’t breed every year so mares get to have a break from breeding and we don’t wean early so foals create a strong bond with their dams and older siblings and it’s nice to see family groups.
